Had this one at a kebab restaurant back in Brisbane, so good!
So happy that it’s so easy to be vegan in Australia.
Not in the outback though.. I mean, I can buy stuff and prepare my own meals, of course, and that’s what I do. However, you can’t really find any vegan food when eating out. Not that you can really eat out at all where I live right now.. But when we went to the next town 100km away, I went into the bakery and there was NOTHING vegan to buy, I’m serious.
The people here simply don’t get the concept of veganism, it’s a completely different world and lifestyle compared to the city. I feel like being thrown back 50 years.
At least here at the hotel where I work there always are fresh cut up veggies in the fridge which I can take whenever I want. Plus there’s this amazing fruit & veggie truck coming to town once a week which makes my life here a lot better.
