How soon is too soon to send my ex a text asking how he’s doing? We dated for 3 years and I want to give him some space to move on, but I still worry about him

I don’t think it’s ever too soon to be nice to people but please just remember that it is you do not have to take the responsibility to look after him now if you don’t want to.
