Hey there :) I’m just about to turn 17 and I weigh about 85kgs, I’m short so my weight is significantly too high to be healthy. I was just wondering what types of food are easy, healthy, (cheap would also be nice) and filling that I can take to school. Also some easy at home workouts to get back into exercising. I used to do gymnastics and basketball until about 3 years ago and since then I haven’t really worked out but I need to. Please help! Thank you so much.
