BURRITO BOWL
This was SO good omg… when I mixed everything together it was just this fresh, delicious & creamy (avo tho) goodness!!
This epic meal consists of brown rice, smokey tofu mince + a bean mix for my protein source, avocado + a sprinkle of @thesourcebulkfoods hemp & sesame seeds for good fats, corn, capsicum/peppers, cherry tomatoes, carrot, leafy green mix & a huge dollop of spicy red hummus on top
These nourish bowls (as I like to call them) are my favourite lunches to make… So simple yet healthy, satisfying & delicious!!#Vegan
