Buddha bowl with lots of goood stuff in it. A balanced meal with carbs (quinoa, pumpkin), fats (tahini), proteins (tempeh, chickpea, quinoa) and micro nutrients (greens). I think it is so important to include all macro nutrients in every meal. Now that I eat more balanced meals I feel so much better, my skin, hair and nails improved and I don’t crave junkfood anymore
Don’t be afraid of carbs or fat guys!!
