World Fitness Day
what an experience! Hundreds (or thousands?) of fit people walking around in workout clothes, exercising & enjoying the active lifestyle. I definitely got motivated to keep up with my routine.

How’s your Sunday? We slept in and now we are making sweet potato waffles for brunch.

I burned 3,400 calories yesterday (my Fitbit tracks it automatically) but ate very little (felt like less than 2k) so you could say it’s going well! I can’t track when I eat out but I can estimate my intake very well based on experience. Still so happy about this little challenge.
Can’t wait to see the results.
