My friend and I got really carried away with our Buddha bowls a couple days ago. In no particular order….fried eggplant, spicy tofu, roasted cauliflower and brussel sprouts, fire roasted jalapeños, radish, green onion, quinoa, lemon tahini sauce, nutritional yeast, and some things I’m sure I’m forgetting.
Also yes, that is red wine in a mug.
