Budapest DAY 2: it’s my sister’s birthday and I gifted her a bike tour. In the evening we’ll go out for dinner and might enjoy a drink together. So far my expectations of Budapest as vegan food heaven have been a little disappointed. I will let you know why very soon (also filming a vlog).
Happy Tuesday friends!

The best buckwheat porridge recipe is in my ebook (link on my blog). The trick is: use a lot of liquidand nut milk (almond is my fav) to make it extra creamy because buckwheat soaks up even more liquid than oats. Also use fine buckwheat flakes! If you can’t get buckwheat flakes in your country, you can press your own. Look up “oat roller” or “flaker mill” to find the right gadget. For the pro version, you can sprout and dehydrate your grains / seeds / legumes before you flake them.
Or – as always – there’s the option to buy sprouted cereal. I’ll link my favourite brands in the comments.
