Love me some overnight oats
especially during blackberry season
here’s how to make this delicious cruelty-free meal: mix together 2 cups hemp seed mylk, 1.5 cups rolled oats, & 1.5 tbsp chia seeds, cover and set in fridge overnight (or for at least a couple hours). In the morning, stir in a couple tbsp maple syrup and 1-2 cups fresh berries
