What would you choose out of curiosity? I’d like to explore all my options.

I’ve always had the best longterm results with just the standard eating at a 500 calorie deficit and exercising method. Sometimes I use intermittent fasting (I have shakes during the fasting period to keep me going) just to kickstart things – I find it helps lower my appetite which tends to get heightened if I’ve been eating badly for awhile.

But ultimately unless you find something that can work forever then you haven’t really solved anything, it’s just a diet. And after a diet you eat badly and suddenly you’re back to square one again – which is why I would personally recommend finding something sustainable and only using diets as a way to get things going (or if you have something coming up that you need to be x lbs lighter for)
