if you struggle with bad breath, the problem probably originates from your gut (or maybe even a tooth/gum infection), and no sugar filled mint or artificially scented tooth paste is going to fix anything. but there are definitely less expensive natural ways to help restore your oral biome. my favorite trick is adding lemon, cucumber, and parsley to my water. in addition to some serious microbial butt kicking, they provide bonus nutrients and minerals and keep your mouth clean without decimating healthy bacteria.
