Current!breakfast and book obsession. I add peanut butter to my oats everyday, which means I go through a lot of peanut butter. And I don’t just add a little table spoon to my oats, it’s more like three. I love adding lots of fats to my meals and my oats are also made with chia seeds, and topped with seeds like hemp and sunflower. I love eating a diet much higher in fat, it’s much more satisfying and most importantly, delicious. Also, it’s almost 11am and I have nearly finished my food prep for the next ¾ days. The day is off to a productive start.
