(It’s the 13th
) I’m on “diet” which means I eat less than usual but I actually feel better than before.
I have a lot of energy, sleep better and I’m less bloated. I guess my body is thankful for the little “break”.
During the weekend I won’t be so strict because we will probably eat out a lot so I’ll just make sure not to overeat.
Should be manageable! BTW my biggest fitness inspo is my friend @juliantrahe – I learned so much from him! Thank you Julian.
