



Hemp Protein Zucchini Mug Cake
Ingredients for one mug cake:
– 2 tbsp hemp protein (20g)
– 1 egg
– 2 tbsp cooked zucchini
– 1 tsp cocoa
– 1 tsp dark brown sugar (5g) or sweetener
– ¼ tsp baking powder
– ¼ tsp vanilla extract
