I got contaminated by a literal trace of gluten two days ago and I am still bound to the bathroom ffs I have work in 2 hours

The pain is un freaking real

I’ve never had a reaction this extreme so I’m googling to see how long the pain lasts (it’s already been two days) and people said they’d experience up to TWO WEEKS of it wtf just kill me 

Am I dying and if not can I ??? This pain level is rly not bearable
