I really didn’t want much for dinner, I was just wanting to try the MAMA Vermicelli noodles- Sadly, (but at least now I know) their recommended size for one serving is like three servings worth in my opinion
Oh boy.
Anyways I had these with yellow peppers, some more VegiDeli ‘fake meat’ protein stuff, spinach, spring onions, chia seeds and some soy sauce.
What I could eat was super good! All of this plate would be 322kcal.
