So my colleague just got back after 6 weeks and first thing she does is tell me I didn’t do the website formatting (which is her job) correctly whilst she was away even though you literally can’t see a single difference between the films she put online and the films I put online ???

I don’t even mind if I didn’t do a perfect job, she didn’t show me how to do it before she went away for 6 weeks so if I made mistakes it wouldn’t be that shocking but… I can’t see any..

I guess a thank you for doing my job for 6 weeks would have been too much to ask for
